At CoversBuy.com, we prioritize customer satisfaction and believe in transparent, hassle-free returns. Please read the policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Exchange Policy (No-Questions-Asked*)

You can exchange any mobile cover within 3 days of delivery under our No-Ask Exchange Policy.

  • Exchange will be processed only after we receive the original product back.

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.


2. Replacement for Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a faulty, defective, or transit-damaged product:

  • We will send a free replacement at no extra cost.

  • Your money is 100% safe until you receive the correct product.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for damage/defect claims.


3. No-Questions-Asked Return Policy

If you want to return a product for any reason, we accept returns within 3 days of delivery.

Return Charges & Deductions

To maintain transparent pricing, shipping charges are not added to product cost and therefore not refundable.

For COD Orders

  • COD fee ₹99 is non-refundable.

  • Forward shipping charges (already paid to the courier) are not refundable.

  • Reverse pickup charge: ₹100.

  • Refund Amount = Product Cost  – Forward Shipping – Reverse Shipping 

For Prepaid Orders

  • Forward shipping + reverse shipping (₹100) will be deducted.

  • Refund Amount = Prepaid Amount – Forward Shipping – Reverse Shipping 

  • Reverse pickup charge: ₹100.

Only the product cost is refundable.
Shipping amounts are paid directly to courier companies and cannot be recovered.

Refunds are processed only after receiving and inspecting the returned product.


4. Non-Returnable Products

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products bought under Buy 1 Get 1 Free, heavy discounts, or 60%+ off.

  • Single-use products like Tempered Glass, Camera Lens Protectors, Protective Films, etc.

  • Products priced at ₹300 or below (after discount).


5. Important Notes

  • All return or exchange requests must be initiated within the valid timeframe.

  • Returned product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days after return approval.

  • Parcels returned without proper packaging may result in refund rejection.
