1. Shipping Charges

We do not increase product prices to offer “free shipping.”
Instead, we follow a simple and fair model:

  • Actual shipping fee is applied at checkout.

  • Shipping amounts are paid directly to courier companies.

  • We charge this fee separately rather than hiding it in product prices.

  • This benefits you—if you order two or three cases, you pay shipping only once, instead of paying hidden shipping costs multiple times (as many websites do).

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after successful payment.

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

  • Once processed, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking details.

3. Delivery Time

After dispatch, estimated delivery time is:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 working days

  • Non-Metro Locations: 4–7 working days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 working days

(Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier service and location.)

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared with you via email/SMS. You can use this link to check real-time delivery updates.

5. Shipping Partners

We ship with trusted and reputed courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Shipping method is selected based on your pin code and service availability.

6. Wrong Address / Missed Delivery

CoversBuy is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer

  • Failed deliveries due to unavailability of the customer to receive the package

  • Additional delivery attempts depend on the courier service policy

If the order is returned to us due to address issues, reshipping charges will apply.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or missing item:
